Clifford Eugene “Cliff” Stookey, 64, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Cliff was a son of the late Albert and Margaret (Dirig) Stookey.
Cliff graduated from North Side High School, class of 1980. During his working years, he worked for Pines of America and Mattel before later becoming a truck driver.
Cliff had a deep love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. Whether he was out in nature or relaxing at home watching television with a cigarette and a cold beer.
Surviving are his sister, Annette Stookey; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Private family services will be held.
