Christopher Scott Campos, 48, passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 in Fort Wayne. He loved serving the community as a reserve firefighter and rescue diver for Johnson Township; a reserve police officer for the Wolcottville Police Department and Andrews Police Department, a 911 dispatcher for LaGrange County, and most recently a corrections officer for the Huntington Police Department. Christopher is survived by his daughter, Kristina Campos; and son, Christopher Campos; mother, Carrie Campos; siblings, Jeffrey Campos, and Dawn Gilreath; Goddaughter, Nicole Akers; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesus Campos; brothers, Jesse Campos, and Michael Campos; and infant sister, Carrie Campos. Service is 10:00 am, Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling one hour prior.
