Dr. Charles Casey Kroh Sr., 68, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018, after an eight year battle with Alzheimer's disease. He was born in Huntington, Ind., on December 24, 1949. He graduated from Indiana University Medical School in 1976 and spent his professional life practicing internal medicine in Fort Wayne, Ind. He cared deeply about his patients, who in turn cared deeply about him. His natural curiosity led him to pursue many hobbies, but above all he was an avid reader, golfer, tennis player, cyclist and an ardent IU Hoosier basketball fan. His good heart has been, and will be, missed by so many. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Lucia, his parents, Charles (Jim) and Sara Kroh; sons, Casey Jr., Eric (Rachel), Evan (Sherry) and Alex (Beth) Kroh; grandchildren, Harlee, Lucas, and Dexter; brother Stan (Dawn) Kroh; sisters, Carol (Bob) Gale and Laura (Ed) Larocque. Casey loved his poodles: Kozmo, Kody, Bumper and Kagan. Service is 5 pm, Friday, November 9, 2018 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N.
