Obituary
Charles "Chuck" C. Roberts, 88, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025. Chuck was born to the late Charles E. and Cecile (Billings) Roberts on June 25, 1937 in Vandercook, MI. He proudly served in the US Army. He graduated from North Side High School and Purdue University. Chuck retired as an engineer for International Harvester/Navistar after 36 years. He loved motorcycles, his horses, hunting, ice cream and dancing. He was a life-time member of the American Legion. Chuck deeply loved his family.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Cindy Roberts; children, Terri Beer and Steve Roberts; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brother, Bill (Joe) Roberts; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters and brothers.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post 47.
