Chad M. Horsley, 41, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2019 in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Huntington, IN to Francis and Sharon Horsley. Chad graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor's degree in criminal justice. He worked as a commercial parts account manager with Advance Auto Parts. Chad was an avid Bears and Cubs fan, and loved collecting sports memorabilia. He is survived by his wife, Megan Horsley; son, Vincent Horsley both of Fort Wayne; mother, Sharon Horsley of Huntington, IN; siblings, Allen (Ronda) Horsley of Huntington, IN, Ann (Ted) Johnson of Huntington, IN, and Carla (Sharon) Horsley of Yorkville, IL; and his nephews, Jeremy Johnson and Jason Johnson. A gathering of friends will be held on Monday, September 23, 2019 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Knights of Columbus, 2817 Theater Ave, Huntington, IN.
