Chad C. Hood, 49, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021 in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne to the late Finley Hood and Pamela Hood, who survives, of Fort Wayne. Chad worked as a pharmacy technician with Neighbor Care (Omni Care) and most recently at Lutheran Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Marcia Hood of Fort Wayne; brother, Ben (Sara) Hood of Indianapolis, IN; several nieces and a nephew. Service is 3:00 pm, Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling two hours prior beginning at 1:00 pm.
