Celeste J Kelley, 83, of Ft. Wayne, IN (formerly of Batavia, IL) died on June 13, 2022. She was born March 9, 1939 in Chicago, the daughter of Francis Earle Kelley and Celeste O'Malley Kelley. Celeste was blessed with two brothers and two sisters as well as two sons, Michael and Thomas. Celeste was preceded in death by her parents, sister and brother-in-law Eileen & John Burns, brother John & sister-in-law Joanne Kelley, and brother-in-law Edward Rumzis.She is survived by her two sons, Michael Kelley of Madson, IL and Thomas (Anne) Kelley of Bartlett, IL; sister Katherine Rumzis of St. John, IN; brother Thomas (Sue) Kelley of Oak Forest, IL; as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Celeste will be held on August 6 at Sanctuary Church in Batavia, IL at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Breast Cancer research, Alzheimers research, or the American Heart Association.
