Carolyn Kay (Harvey) Fuller was born July 17, 1948, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Ollie and Mary Harvey. On Saturday January 31, 2026, she willingly and peacefully answered her Master’s call.

Carolyn retired from Fort Wayne Community Schools in 2011. Although retired, she found an essence nurturing her grand and great-grandchildren as well as serving her church.

She enjoyed working on her puzzles, cooking and throwing herself a birthday party! Not only did she enjoy cooking but it was a passion. Her passion was evident in every dish she prepared. Bringing her family together through her food was her secret weapon.

Carolyn was a charter member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church under the late Pastor C. E. Walker. She continued her service under the current leadership of Bishop Reverend Dr. Fred R. Morris. During her membership, she was active in the Missionary Auxiliary and Nurses’ Guild where she continued to serve until her health would no longer allow.

She leaves to cherish her memory; two daughters, Aritha Harvey and Tonnia Nicholas, one son Damon (Ronnita) Jackson, all of Fort Wayne, IN; brothers Ollie Harvey Jr. of Fort Wayne, IN and George Harvey of South Bend, In, sister Patricia Smith of Fort Wayne, IN. Twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Carolyn was also preceded in death by parents, Ollie and Mary Harvey, sisters Margie Harvey and Belinda Jackson, brother Benjamin and wife Tomara Harvey, niece Carol Harvey.

A funeral service will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11:00 am with visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00 am located at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church (423 Agnes Street, fort Wayne, Indiana 46806).
