Carol J. Pyle, age 84, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Born in Fort Wayne to the late Paul and Bertha Hitzeman, Carol dedicated her career to quality control and found her greatest joy in spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Pam (Phil) Maroney, Jack (Janice) Pyle, Steve Pyle, Mike Pyle, and Kevin Pyle; as well as many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Carol was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Pyle; children, Harry Pyle and Roberta Compton; and siblings Beverly Dikty and Kenneth Hitzman.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date to honor Carol's life. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her name.
