Carol J. Lyons, 76, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday November 15, 2023 at Parkview Hospital Randallia. She was born in Huntington, IN to the late Charles and Edna Weaver. Carol was a graduate of Elmhurst High School class of 1964. She enjoyed camping, and spending time with her family. Carol retired from Parker Hannifin.
She is survived by her husband of 45 year, David; sons, Jeff (Jackie) Fox, and Shawn Fox; 3 grandchildren; brother, Mark (Nancy) Weaver, and sister, Sally Smith. Carol was preceded in death by her sister JoAnn Rogers.
Funeral service for Carol will be on Wednesday November 22, 2023 at 1:00 pm with visitation beginning at 11 am all at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. Burial will take place at Prairie Grove Cemetery. Preferred memorials in Carol's honor may be directed to Cancer Services of NE Indiana.
