Bryant Tyrone Davis, 55, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Bryant was a son of Booker T. Davis Sr. and Cora (Davis) Jordan. Bryant owned his own business and enjoyed being a realtor over the years. He was a member of Tree of Life Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed going to garage sales, and watching his classic western shows. Bryant had the gift of being a hilarious story teller and joker. His steadfast faith in the Lord was obvious with his avid reading of the Bible and continued listening of sermons. He and his wife enjoyed going to Rally's each night and getting an ice cream cone and sitting on their porch. Surviving are his wife, Konjeta Davis; children; Coauna (James) Sims, Bryant Aron, Tiana Hunt, Preonda Hunt, Tyronda Johnson, Tiaerra Aron, Kameo Burks, Jodeci McGraw, Ferdinand McGraw, LaMarkus Burks, Ashanti Swope, Mariah Swope; 17 grandchildren; siblings, Booker T. Davis Jr., Sarah (Ernest) Rose, Keva (Jason) Caley, Tiwan Waller, Brenda Jamison, Bertha (Ricardo) Avila, Antonio Daniels, Quay Boykins, Cory Montgomery, Tequila Fyda, Nikki Lapsley, Travis Mayberry, and Erica Mayberry. Bryant was preceded in death by his step-father, Hubert Jordan; daughter, Fernesha McGraw; and sister, Gwendolyn Mason. Service is 12 pm, Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Tree of Life Missionary Baptist Church, 502 E. Washington Blvd, with calling from 10 am until the service. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to Cancer Services of NE Indiana. FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling arrangements. As Bryant would say, "One day at a time."
