Obituary
Brenda Joan Rowe, 85, went home to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Brenda was a daughter of the late Arthur and Mary (Ausher) Smith.
Brenda's greatest loves in life were God, her family, and her church family. Her faith was unwavering, and she served the Lord with her whole heart. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Randy, for 45 years, a loving mother, and a caring grandmother who treasured every moment spent with her family.
Brenda was an active member of Abundant Life Church for over 20 years. She previously attended Christ Apostolic Church in Eaton, Ohio, First Pentecostal in Decatur and Huntington United Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed her daily Bible readings, baking, sewing, crafting, and working on crossword puzzles.
Surviving are her husband, Randy Rowe; children, Brian (Jennifer) Wallace and Tracy (David) Martin; grandchildren, Tara Martin, Sara Herendeen, Jana Bailey, Kari Rios, Zachary Wallace, Rachel Pearson, and Cora Wallace; five great-grandchildren; and her sister, Kathy Smith.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Michael Wallace; and her in-laws, Franklin and Marchetta Rowe; and siblings, Sue Schaab, James Smith, Tom Smith, and Barbara Smith.
Service is 4 pm, Monday, November 24, 2025, at Abundant Life Church, 3301 E. Coliseum Blvd, with calling from 2 pm until the service.
Memorials may be made to Abundant Life Church.
