Brandi Michelle Hite, 52, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, June 6, 2025. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Brandi was a daughter of Howard Gudakunst and the late Patricia (Stuckey) Gudakunst. She graduated from Carroll High School and earned her secretarial degree from International Business College.
Brandi worked for a nationally known accounting firm prior to joining Apollo Manufacturing in 2000 where she served as their Customer Care Manager. Her strong work ethic, organizational skills and "get the job done the way it should be done" has set the expectations high for her clients.
Simply put, Brandi's priorities are God and family. She married the love of her life Bradley "Brad" Hite on September 14, 1996. This marriage brought her three strong sons that she cherished. Brandi loved everything to do with her husband and her sons, which included lots of sporting events, especially baseball. She was an avid Colts, IU Basketball, and Miami Marlins fan. She was a rock music kinda girl and loved the band "Kiss." Brandi enjoyed floating at the pool, going to farmer's markets and
loved spending time with her girls (the dogs) Brenna, Brinlee, and Bereet.
Surviving are her husband of 29 years, Brad Hite; sons, Baylen (Serenity) Hite, Boden Hite, Bryden Hite; a grandson on the way that she so wanted to hold and see; father, Howard Gudakunst; sister, Torey (Bret) Cooper; mother-in-law, Mary Jane Hite; nephews, Cobi and Parker; and niece Emersen. Brandi was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia; brother, Zachary Gudakunst; and father-in-law, Ronald Hite.
