Bonnie L. Havener, 70, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 28th after a courageous health battle.

Bonnie grew up in Fort Wayne. She attended South Side High School. She lived for some time in rural Allen County. She was living in Fort Wayne enjoying the early years of her retirement when she passed.

Bonnie created the most amazing things with her hands. Whether it was through her gardening, cooking, her variety of artwork, or a kind reassuring touch. Bonnie had a special connection with nature and enjoyed camping, fishing and a good fire with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Havener Jr. Her father, Jack Diehm. Her mother Carol Boyles. And her granddaughter Skye Snow-Torrez.

Bonnie is survived by her daughter Angela Snow. Grandson Bryton Davis. Brothers Richard Diehm, and Robert Diehm (Kathy). Sister Patricia Doll (Tim). Sister-in-law Becki Elonzae (George), and brother-in-law Richard Havener (Jan). And many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Bonnie will be held on Friday May 15, 2026 at noon with visitation beginning at 10:30 am at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St.
