He was a member and deacon of Northridge Baptist Church. He was a past District Director of the Indiana State USBC and past President and Director of the Fort Wayne Bowling Association. He was inducted into the Fort Wayne Bowling Association Hall of Fame. His love of bowling began when he started setting pins in Portland, IN at an early age. Bill’s highest bowling game was a 299. Along with bowling, he enjoyed golfing and fishing. Bill married Patricia Gavin on September 27, 1958 and they later divorced. Bill married his wife, Kay Beeks, on August 30, 1987. He was passionate about God, his country and his family.
