Billie Jo Southerland passed away peacefully at Lutheran Hospital on Saturday November 2, 2024 at the age of 66 years. Billie was born in Jackson, Mississippi on Friday January 10, 1958. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jewel, father, William, and sister, Jean. Survived by her loving husband, Tim, whom she just celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary with. Billie will be lovingly remembered by her sons Benjamin (Tiffany), Tom (Kate), and stepson Khris (Connie), grandchildren Brennan (Meaghan), Jordan (Rebecca), Myles, Emma, and Rachel, and great grandchildren (but don't dare ever call her great-grandma) Olivia, Charlie, and Paityn. Billie spent most of her life working as a CNA. She loved to collect angels and taking her grand-pup, Letty, for walks. She was a very proud Army Mom. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 10th, at 1p.m. at Fort Wayne VFW, 2202 W Main St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808.
