Bertha M. Ponder, 68, passed away Sunday, January 12th, 2020 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late Phyllis Miner. Bertha worked as a welder for over 20 years at Wayne Steel Supply Company. She is survived by her son, Erik (Patricia) Ponder of Fort Wayne; 2 grandchildren, Mackinzie and Clayton; 4 sisters; and 2 brothers. Bertha is preceded in death by her son, Gregory Ponder; and 3 brothers. Service is 10:30 am, Friday, January 17, 2020 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N.
