Bernard "Timmy" Jackson, 55, was called home on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. Timmy was born May 15, 1961 to Randolph and Earline Jackson. He was a lifetime resident of Fort Wayne, graduating from Northrop High School.
Timmy was an avid Lakers and Rockets basketball fan. He was a High School All American basketball player. He also played basketball for Marshall University in Texas. Timmy was a lover of expensive cars. He was self-employed and a true entrepreneur at heart.
He is survived by, one son Jaguar Jackson, four daughters, Marcie (Jay) Starks-Gleason, Porsche (Erick) Kumming, Mercedes (Terrell) Jackson-Moore and Corvette Jackson. Also surviving are brother Randolph (Evelyn) Jackson, Jr; sisters Ruth "Peaches" (Joseph) Bonner and Delores (Albert) Essix; his ex-spouse Diana Jackson-Davis. Also surviving are five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Thomas Jackson and Terry Jackson.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday November 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Come as you are Church 7910 S. Anthony Street. Calling hours will be Tuesday November 8, 2016 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. at FairHaven funeral home 6557 N. Clinton Street Fort Wayne, IN 46825
