Barbara Ann Stano, 84, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Barbara was the daughter of the late George and Stella Brooks. During her youth, Barbara worked on the family dairy farm and grocery market. Barbara was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother to her family. She enjoyed watching the birds, gardening, flowers, playing Bingo, and watching lifetime movies. Surviving are her children, Vicky (Robert) Runion, Cheryl Stano, Duane Stano, Lori (Joe) Franke; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and her sister Peggy (David) Hensley. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stano; siblings, Mildred Behymer, Janet Hoggett, and Betty McFadden Steel. A private family gathering in her memory will be held at a later date.
