Barbara Jean Knoblauch, 72, of Fort Wayne passed away on January 23, 2024 in the comfort of her home. Barb was born August 6, 1951 and was the daughter of Norm and Paula Schroeder. She graduated from Concordia High School and Indiana University Fort Wayne.

Barb was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and was employed by Sunny Schick Camera, Schenkel Shultz Architects, and Elevatus Architecture.

She enjoyed traveling to all 50 states, exercise & coffee groups, nature walks, and mall walking.

Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Dennis; son, Andrew (Jessica) Knoblauch of Carmel, IN; step-son, John (Debi) Knoblauch of Woodburn, IN; granddaughters, Alyson (Wes) Graber and Alyssa (Micah) Delagrange; five great-grandchildren; sister, Kathy Kohn; brother, Chuck (Karen Heine) Schroeder of Fort Wayne; sisters-in-law, Rhonda Knoblauch, Debbie Knoblauch, and Martha (Tom) Bains; and several nieces and nephews.

Service is 11:00 am, on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 7710 E. State Blvd., with calling beginning at 9:30 am. Per request of the family, please do not send flowers, but make memorials to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or Parkview Home Health and Hospice.
