Barbara Ann Augsburger, 77, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Barbara was the daughter of the late Wilson Mills and Margaret and Alvin Richter III. During her working years, Barbara worked for Graham Electric and Wayne Pipe before her retirement. She was an active member of the Leo American Legion Auxiliary #409 along with their Legion Riders. She enjoyed music, traveling to the Caribbean and her beloved beagles Buck and Maggie Mae. Surviving are her son, Dean Augsburger; grandchildren, Hunter Augsburger, Alena Augsburger; long-time partner, Dan Stratton; bonus kids, Jennifer (Greg) Poe, Geoff Stratton & Janelle Nash; bonus grandchildren, Vinnie Poe, Lela Poe, Blake Nash & Quinn Nash; siblings Chris (Joyce) Richter, and Kurt Richter. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Augsburger, and brother, Skip Richter. A Graveside Service will be 12 noon on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Leo Memorial Cemetery. A gathering of food and fellowship will follow at Leo American Legion Post #409, 14133 Leo Road. FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling arrangements.
