Averyanna "Avery" L. Calvert, 10, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at her home in Fort Wayne. She was born in Sulpher Springs, TX and currently a fourth grader attending Connection Academy. She will be remembered by her sweet spirit, silly personality, and her ability to always keep a smile on her face. Avery is survived by her mother, Melissa Calvert; father, Erik Glass; step-father, Andrew Ball; siblings, Micah Calvert, Erik Glass Jr., Malayah Glass, and Savanah Glass. She will be joining her grandmother Sharlene, great-grandmother, aunts, great-aunt and great-uncle in heaven. Service is 3:00 pm, Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling two hours prior beginning at 1:00 pm. Memorials may be made to the family.
