Arlene L. Repine, 84, of Fort Wayne, went into the arms of her Savior on Friday, October 24, 2025. She was born to the late Forrest and Meryl (Applegate) Ashton in Harlan, IN on October 30, 1940. She attended Central High School. Arlene married the late Larry Repine in June 1966. She retired from Magnavox after 36 years and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. Arlene was an active member of East Allen County Church of Christ. Every year with her church she went on their mission trips and was in the ladies W.I.N.G.S. group. Arlene volunteered at Parkview Hospital. She was in a euchre club with friends for over 45 years. Arlene loved fishing, boating, motorcycling and gardening. She enjoyed car racing and attended the Daytona 500 with her late husband.
Arlene is survived by her son, Michael Repine; siblings, Anita (Norman) McBride of Greentown, IN, Ruth Ann Kumfer of Fort Wayne, IN, Pamela (Michael) Mason of Nashville, TN, Jerry (Lori) Ashton of Fort Wayne, IN, and Terry (Debra) Ashton of Fort Wayne, IN; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. Along with her parents and husband, Larry, she was preceded in death by sister, Alice Sasak; brother, Richard Ashton; and two nephews.
A memorial service will be on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 11am at East Allen County Church of Christ (3800 Minnich Road, New Haven, IN 46774).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Allen County Church of Christ.
