Ann Louise Saylor, 86, of Ft. Wayne, IN, a loving mother and loyal friend, peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by family, on August 1, 2026. She has been joyfully reunited in Heaven with Jerry, her loving husband of almost 68 years.

Ann was spunky, incredibly caring, and never afraid to stand her ground. Family was everything and her warm spirit and unwavering strength always stood out to everyone who knew her. Ann put her heart into making jewelry, homemade cards, knocking down pins at the bowling alley, shopping, reading and dining out with family and friends.

Ann’s warmth and love live on through her surviving children: Pamela Smith of Hidden Valley Lake, California; Shelly Schwab of Concord, North Carolina; Wanda Osterman of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and Scott Saylor (Brenda) of Atlanta, Georgia. Ann's memory will additionally live on through her brother, Robert Gick, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Harold (Velma) Gick, and brother Richard Gick, who welcomed her into eternity.
