Anita Lorraine Pomfred, age 62, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Indianapolis, IN to the late Robert and Betty Funk. Anita was the President and CEO of Capital Accounting and Consulting for over 20 years. She was very passionate for her work and loved serving her clients who often became her friends. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Paul Pomfred; children, Daniel, Tim, David, Joe, and Lizzy Markey; two granddaughters, Hailey and Hannah; and siblings, Arthur (Diana) Funk, Alane (Pat) Lovell, and Anna Bow. Anita was also preceded in death by her sister, Andrea Druetzler. Service is 7:00 pm, Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N.
