Amy M. Henline, age 48, passed away Monday, May 5, 2025 in Fort Wayne, IN.  She was born in Fort Wayne, IN to the late William Lomont and Janet Lomont, who survives. Amy enjoyed her work at Ophthalmology Consultants and was very musical as she will be remembered for her beautiful voice.  She also loved theatre and spending time with her dogs.  Amy is survived by her daughter, Megan Moore;  siblings, Sara (Jeremy) Buuck and Tristan (Hana Menkir) Lomont; and four nephews, Hayden, William, TJ, and Hudson.  A memorial gathering will be held from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at St. Nicholas Eastern Orthodox Cathedral, 3535 Crescent Ave. Fort Wayne, IN  46805.  Memorials may be made to the family.
