Alfred Saylor, age 67, of New Haven, IN passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Fort Wayne to the late Thomas and Florence Saylor. Alfred worked 26 years at B.F. Goodrich, and always enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Arizona Saylor;
children, Julie Williams of New Haven, Joe (Danielle) Saylor of Fort Wayne, and Chester (Jennifer) Saylor of New Haven; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lylia Gusching, Thomas (Mary) Saylor Jr., Ben (Sandy) Saylor, Johnny Saylor, Connie (Miguel) Huapaya, Robin Reddington, Nena (Matthew) Klotz, and Gary (Robin) Saylor. Alfred was also preceded in death by his sister, Debra Westfall; and stepmother, Rebecca Saylor. Service is 12:00 noon, Friday, April 14, 2023, at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling one hour prior. Calling also 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial at Highland Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.
