Adam Scott Cameron, 52, passed away on April 20, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born in Fort Wayne, he was the beloved son of Danny and Susan Cameron.
Adam was a proud owner and operator of Custom Signs Unlimited, where he served alongside his family. Outside of work, Adam was a true outdoorsman; he was an avid hunter and fisherman who spent many cherished days on his boat on Lake Erie, accompanied by his favorite music and his faithful dogs. A passionate sports fan, he could always be found cheering on the Cincinnati Reds. Adam was such a loving and protective brother to his sister, and lived a devoted life to his wife, Jen.
Adam is survived by his wife, Jen Cameron; son, Clinton Hoffar; his parents, Danny and Susan Cameron; sister, Erin (Richard Dugger) Cameron-Dugger; nephew, Riley Dugger; and niece, Cameron Dugger; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Moritz and Alice Wiehe, Gloria Hicks, Jay Cameron, an uncle and two aunts.
A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 6:00 pm, located at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N. Clinton Street) with calling from 4:00 pm until the service. Memorial donations may be given to Adam's family.
