Aaron R. Rex, age 40, of Fort Wayne passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at his home. He was born in Defiance, OH to Thomas Rex and the late Amy Rex. Aaron graduated from The Ohio State University and worked as a financial advisor. He attended and enjoyed being a part of the Northeast Christian Church family. Aaron was an avid painter and Buckeye fan. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, working in landscaping and kayaking. Most of all, he loved his children and being a dad. Aaron is also survived by his children, Zeke, Lawson and Zander; two brothers, Adam (Jennifer) Rex and Peter (Grace) Rex both of Hilliard, OH; niece, Charlotte; step-mother, Elizabeth Rex; step-brothers, Ryan (Meredith) Glazener of Findlay, OH and Nick Glazener of Chicago, IL; and former-wife, Stephanie Rex of Fort Wayne. Service is 4:00 pm, Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St., with calling three hours prior beginning at 1:00 pm.
