A San, 69, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis. He was born in Burma(now Myanmar) country and lived in Logansport, Indiana. He raised his four daughters by selling groceries in the refugee camp, Thailand. A San only finished basic education level due to his home country's civil war, he came to United State in 2008 and worked at Tyson Fresh Meat Logansport, IN for ten years and retired in 2018. He became a US citizen in 2017. He was fleeing with his family from refugee camp, Thailand to the United Stated for his family to seek a better place. He risked his life into the new country due to the language barrier but he always kept his head up for his children to complete more education and land fulfilling careers. He greatest desire was all his families have to involve in church and beneficial in the community. He loved to cook and share, especially, during Christmas, he would work so hard to prepare the meals for all the church members, friends, and neighbors regardless of their race or religion. He loved to assist his second daughter's ( Hay Maung) business by selling Thai noodle and Crab Rangoon from home. He was also a very happy and hard working man to support people who were in need in Myanmar by buying food and supplies for them. Surviving are his wife, Ta Po Ree and daughters, Ywar Hay Moo, Hay Maung, Wah Wah, Mu Lwee, and eight grandchildren. Funeral service will held on 11 am, Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Living Stream Karen's Baptist Church 4120 Webster St. Fort Wayne, IN 46807 and following burial in Concordia Cemetery Garden 5365 Lake Ave Fort Wayne, IN 46815.
